Driven by his vision of a holistic, service-oriented business, Mark established Mortgage Domayne, which has grown to become a major player in the Melbourne home loan market. Mark continues to be hands-on in every aspect of the business and remains every bit as passionate about always putting people first.
As well as keenly following the real estate and financial markets, Mark takes a strong interest in sports and cars.
Vanessa has a high focus on exceeding client expectations with delivering outstanding service. Starting in the industry in September 2015 she has progressed exponentially.
Having previously worked with top-tier firms such as Blake Dawson Waldron Lawyers and PricewaterhouseCoopers, Vanessa understands the importance of client satisfaction and attention to detail.

With 15+ years of experience as a Mortgage Broker, Sean has a reputation for making the loan process easy to understand. With an enviable knowledge of bank policies and financial products, he’s adept at finding a loan to suit every client’s individual needs. Most recently, Sean’s excellence was recognised at the 2020 AFG Broker Excellence Awards. Outside of helping people achieve their property dreams, his other passions are snowboarding, travel and astronomy.
Along with being an accredited mortgage consultant and member of MFAA, Armstrong holds a BA in Finance & Risk Management and is RG146 compliant. With over six years’ experience as a mortgage broker, Armstrong has a formidable track record as an overseas investor specialist. So much so that his clients often receive preferential treatment from certain lenders. Away from the office, Armstrong enjoys soccer and cycling.
An accredited mortgage broker and member of MFAA, Evan also holds a degree in banking and finance as well as international trade. Then there’s his diploma of finance and mortgage broking management. Impressive stuff. Along with Evan’s experience in commercial and residential finance, it’s his passion and his dedication to helping his clients achieve their goals that truly stand out.
Part of the Mortgage Domayne team since 2017, Richard is an accredited mortgage broker and member of the Australian Finance Group and the Finance Brokers Association of Australia. His keen eye for numbers and strong desire to help people invest in the property market drive him to achieve the best outcomes for his clients. Richard’s passion for broking is matched only by his love of cars, and he also enjoys spending time at the gym and with family and friends.
Along with being a fully accredited mortgage broker, Monika possesses impeccable professional qualifications, including a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking. Just as impressive is her eight years in banking, specialising in residential finance. Monika’s skills, knowledge and experience set her apart. And like everyone at Mortgage Domayne, she’s 100% focussed on ensuring her clients achieve the optimum outcome.
Before joining Mortgage Domayne, Ranjan worked as a mortgage broker at Aussie Home Loans for three years. He loves helping clients along their home loan journey and ensuring they avoid the potential pitfalls of first home loans – ask him how he knows! When he’s not at work Ranjan enjoys travelling, bushwalking, reading and jigsaw puzzles.
A mortgage broker with 16 years’ experience in the finance industry, Joseph worked at Westpac, Bank of Melbourne and HSBC before joining the team here at Mortgage Domayne. Joseph is driven by a passion for helping clients establish their financial goals and achieve the best possible outcomes. In his spare time Joseph loves cooking food from all around the world, and enjoys gardening with his kids.
With a background as an assistant mortgage broker, Kunal brings a well-rounded perspective to his role as a loan processor. Indeed, Kunal has end-to-end knowledge of the loan process and a never-say-die attitude that our clients find invaluable. Kunal also loves cricket, cooking and stock trading.
Bringing more than 15 years’ experience to Mortgage Domayne, Chantal’s background encompasses construction, finance, accounting and taxation. By her own admission Chantal is ‘details orientated, extremely competitive and loves helping people’. That’s one formidable combination right there. Chantal also loves baking, travelling and reading.
Specialising in personal and home loans, Gagan has more than 8 years’ experience in finance and lending. With a well-deserved reputation for rolling up his sleeves and giving 110 percent, Gagan has helped countless people get their loans approved. Away from the office, Gagan likes to travel and go to the movies.
